You can use WordAds in order to earn some money.
However, you will earn 1$ for every 1000 clicks on your blog (it doesn't matter whether people click on the ads or not). Oh! You must have a custom domain which costs 13$ per year.
Here is the link http://wordads.co/signup/

@mijadedios

WordPress.com has been running advertising on our free hosted blogs since 2006. Many bloggers do not know this because despite the fact they ticked the box required to get a free blog, they did not read the ToS. http://en.wordpress.com/tos/ Many also do not read features page, http://wordpress.com/features/ or advertising entry http://en.support.wordpress.com/advertising/ in the support documents after registering their username and blog(s). Also note that as the ads do not display to us when we are logged in, and as many use browsers with ad blockers when logged out, they may not realize they are there at all.

The only way to get rid of all advertising on our free hosted WordPress.com blogs is to purchase an annually renewable No-Ads upgrade. http://en.support.wordpress.com/no-ads/

I just noticed that I have ads on my blog. I don't want ads, I didn't ask for ads, I'm not getting paid to have ads so why are they there and how can I remove them?

Hi there,
We Volunteers answering support forum questions don't make judgment calls like that one at all. That's up to WordAds Staff. This is the homepage for the WordAds program: http://www.wordads.co/ There you will find the application page as well as FAQs.
