Please allow us to be clear. You failed to post an active link starting with http:// to the site in question when you posted this thread. The site you point to in your original is a WordPress.org install. There is not FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs. We can only get a forum on the internet and link to it from our free hosted WordPress.com blogs. We cannot install forums or themes or plugins of any kind on free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

This is the support forum where support is provided only to those who have blogs being free hosted by WordPress.com. If yours is not a free blog provided by and being free hosted by WordPress.com then you are posting to the wrong support forum and we cannot help you here at all. On WordPress.com theme showcase, you can search for a tag in the search box and can find a relevant theme.
