(Note that if you cancel a domain, there is no guarantee that you'll be able to register it's elsewhere).

Instead, you can point the domain you registered at WordPress.com to another server (hosting service) with these steps:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/change-name-servers/

You'll need to obtain the name server values from your current host. You should be able to find them on their support documentation, or contact them and ask for the information. (Name servers may be referred as "nameservers" or "NS records" instead.)

I am not understanding the 60 days or longer, does this mean I can't cancel my domain until 60 days after I purchased it?
