I do not know why the dotcom was spelled out in the url and I want to delete that one and change it to thebigboyblog.wordpress.com. How do i do this .. i changed it in the dashboard my blogs and changed it and it comes up i a browser under that url but how do i get rid of the previous account so there is no confusion? Thanks

To register one of these, go to Store > Domains on your blog's dashboard and follow the steps there.

After contacting GoDaddy who the domain is hosted through they said that someone already owns that domain and I can not use it for my blog.

I may be misunderstanding how this process works but I am extremely confused on what to do next. If there is anyone who can give advice or help I would appreciate it.
