Hi there Sam,

I checked your account, and I see the domain added to your site. It is showing up as one day old; it can take up to 48 hours to be properly mapped. I see your site at your custom domain nationalbritrock.com, however, so it looks like everything has had a chance to propagate!

If you don't see your site yet, please try clearing your cache. Here is more information about how to do that:

Cheers!

Hi, I'm looking for some advice on domains.

Yesterday I purchased a domain and received the following message:

"There was a problem making this purchase. Do not reload this page. The domain was registered but not connected to your WordPress.com site correctly.
Support staff have been notified and will fix the problem shortly."

I have since emailed WordPress twice and not received any advice on what I should do. My billing history shows that a domain has been purchased, but it does not work.

I'm new to all of this and these problems have only confirmed my uncertainty about the whole thing.

Any advice?
