Regarding the bundle, it can only be used on new domain purchases. It cannot renew existing domains.

I have emailed and emailed repeatedly to the email that says I can reply regarding my domain, but NO answers still to date.

Can someone help? It does say to respond to the email, yet I have still not received a response. Thank you very much...
