I was told by wordpress support professionnals that if we did not renew the domain, it would automatically fall back to its original .wordpress domain. However this is not the case, since not only the .com domain is gone and probably bought up by internet companies, but the .wordpress is unavailable too and cannot be regained. Please tell me what can be done as it's quite a disaster and very urgent.
So basically: I need to renew my .com domain, but in the meantime need to at least get the .wordpress version back too. thanks for your help
