No button was being shown but I was logged in with an account I set as administrator and honestly, it wasn't until 5 minutes that my site showed me a splash screen explaining that I would have to log in with the "original" account.

Thanks for the assist. Paypal transaction successful (got a receipt and everything) but, domain still shown as expired. I guess I gotta give it some time to update everything.

Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades
Dashboard >> Store >> Billing History

Also note you need to be logged in as the account that owns an Upgrade is required to renew an upgrade.
