The new page is clickable at the top of my site as expected but when I click on it, instead of seeing my page, it says this:

Easy, tiger. This is a 404 page.
You are totally in the wrong place. Do not pass GO; do not collect $200.

Can anyone tell me what I've done worng or what this means?
