If you need to expand that definition then please use Google search to do so.

As far as I know Skylark is not glitchy . However, we Volunteers don't recommend that those who aren't experienced with CSS editing purchase the custom design upgrade as there's next to no Volunteer support for this upgrade and Staff have a backlog.

When you alter a theme’s stylesheet, you only need to put in the Editor the modification/additions to the CSS, not the entire thing. This may help you with determining selectors. https://wpcom-themes.svn.automattic.com/skylark/style.css
Please be patient and Staff will assist you when they can.
