The "hide title" just hides it from view on your blog header area so that you can incorporate a title into your header image if you wish.

It has an option to hide the blog title . If this option is taken, do the Search Engines still read the title or does it disappear from their crawl .

Echoing Ripped Torn's comments, a few of my images looked a bit odd after the transfer and when I attempted to resize them, nothing happened . I tried in both the Visual Editor and HTML . I don't have CSS ( not brave enough ) so I think there may be problems with Images in this theme .
