Is it legal as per wordpress.com license, if I upload my audio and video files elsewhere on the web and embed it using html5's embed, audio or video tags? These tags do not require me to write any script in html5!

I was unable to do so till now unless I upgraded support/space for audio and video files.

I am not doing anything for commercial purpose nor using wordpress for diverting traffic.
