Thanks. The rewardvolunteers.coop site where the widget it says it works on WordPress, but they don't specify it only works on self-hosted. Thank you for clarifying.

iFrame and script are forbidden code and will be stripped out.

WordPress.com is a type of shared environment, where all users are running off of the same software. I am having the same exact problem trying to embed code from jotform into a page on my website.

I have used this same process before on other WordPress sites and have not had a problem. What's up?

I'm having an issue I've never encountered before. I'm trying to place the below embed code in a text/html widget on our side bar. I copy the html into the widget box and hit save, and the text disappears and I have a blank box. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong - I've tried it several times.

According to their website, it should work fine. http://www.rewardvolunteers.coop/organizations/embed-the-widget.php

What am I missing?
