I figured out the problem though.

WordPress actually translates unallowable code into short code for you as long as you take out all of the "s" from "https". Pretty cool.

I have tried SkyDrive and Google and both give me an embed code with "iframe" and "fame" and other HTML that WordPress doesn't allow. What do other people do in order to get their interactive spreadsheets onto their blogs?
