Thanks panaghiotisadam,

i tried with gigya tag and its working fine,

i gone through videopress, but its required to upload video on their server; hence i can not use that,

so might be i have two options, gigya tag and apply oembed in mywebsite

when i try by apply oembed in mywebsite pages, and try to post video on wordpress.com blog; i paste the url and click on embed, at that time it is displaying video at that place, now i write title , description and click on publish video

and go to view post, rather than displaying embed video it is displaying url which i was pasted,

am i making any mistake ?

yes i gone through that but i want any end users can add mywebsite's shortcode to embed video on their wordpress.com blog (like youtube,flicker etc...)

yes i understand shortcodes are only for wordpress.com,

i am talking about like to add youtube's video to wordpress.com blog shortcode is

[youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JaNH56Vpg-A]

like that can i have shortcode for my website something like

[mywebsite ID="videoID"]

which will directly embed video of mywebsite to wordpress.com blog,

Gigya code is safe.

What do you mean, your website's shortcode? WordPress shortcodes are ONLY for WordPress.com blogs.

The backtick is located on the key to the immediate left of the number 1 key on your keyboard. It's in lower case on the same key as the tilde ~. By posting the code between backticks the whole code will display on the forum and then panaghiotisadam can convert it into a gigya shortcode for you.

There are code restrictions at wordpress.com.

Many popular video sharing services are supported here though through shortcodes. See the blue "related" section on this video support page.

For many non-supported videos, you can use the gigya shortcode, but since it is not a supported feature, do be aware that it might go away if people abuse it.

when i post, embed or object tag (having swf video) after publishing post,

object/embed tag converted into link

how to solve this problem?
