People involved with translations are making the themes work in different languages. For example "Home" "about" the words in your dashboard, the footer information with the name of the designer, and other technical things like that.

In your own blog the date on a post is designated as " 23 četvrtak avg 2012 "
and in English the word would be "Categories" but on your site it says, "♣ Kategorije"
