Does it make a difference if the tags are enter one at a time or copy and pasted as a group?

After I have written a post I go back and get whatever tags I have associated with the post and I copy them into Word. Once I have all the tags, perhaps 10-30 I copy and paste as a group into Titan’s Quick Edit. Does it affect the search engines in anyway by doing it this way.

It’s a question that has been driving me crazy….
