I just updated to the most current version to make sure that vulnerability is no longer the issue, but wth? How did that happen? Did I really just get hacked??

I haven't logged into my wordpress site for about a month, and then I noticed that all my pages were missing in the navigation.

.....Okay, I just notice that they are currently listed as posts and not pages, and also, my plugins are all deactivated. The pages were always pages, and my plugins were all activated. Could this be a plug-in vulnerability?
