You are correct that the wp.org plug-in won't work on wp.com. We cannot use plugins at all here.

The problem is i think its a wordpress.ORG plugin and my site is wordpress.COM (im new so might not have got this yet..sorry). Will i still be able to get it to work or is there another way of doing what i need that you can think of ?
