Log into your WordPress.com blog. Go to your blog’s dashboard -> Settings -> Sharing and click the X next to the link to the Facebook page you wish to disconnect.

I recently used the find friends function to connect my blog to my Facebook page. Now the blog is showing 1,008 followers - which are all just really Facebook fans. I'd like to disconnect it so I can just see the actual blog readers/followers, but I can't figure out how to do that. Help?
