Sorry for this, hope the WordPress administrator can read this. I went to the WordPress support page but their page said that they have only 19 WordPress engineers and have a backlog and could only attend to those who have paid upgrades. Don’t know whom else to send this to.
My concern: I’ve already removed/ deleted the “Follow” widget thru my dashboard, thru Appearance-Widgets, but…there is still a “Follow” pop-out that automatically appears at the blog first page, at the foot of the blog right-hand corner! It doesn’t go away. it’s colored dark-grey with white letters that says “Follow”. I tried changing themes but to no avail, it’s still there. I never asked for a pop-up like this, please help me remove it. If you cannot address this question here, could you kindly tell me whom to email. Thanks.

Looking at your site, it does appear that your last blog post was on October 11.

You can see your email followers by going to your stats page:

https://wordpress.com/#!/my-stats/

In the section called Totals, Followers & Shares, under the word Followers in grey, click on the "Blog" link. Then click the "Email followers" link. You should see [email redacted] in that list.

What is the URL starting with http:// of the blog you are referring to please? Without it we cannot even begin to help.

I tested the follow blog on our blog and received no confirmation email. I've tried 2 different email addresses and checked the spam folders too.

Our blog is normally set to private, but I made it public so that I could test the follow functionality. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it.

I don't want to publicly post my email addresses on here but would be happy to send them to you privately if you still need some to troubleshoot.
