Some themes allow you to throw in a bolg tag or an italics tag. It depends on how the theme designer created their theme. It's hit and miss really.

Oh ok, I thought someone had said something about putting HTML in the title box. I tried it but it doesn't work, guess that's why!

As per the Big Red Sticky at the head of the forums, the themes are currently not editable except for those options within Dashboard -> Presentation -> Current Theme Options (or something simluar bepending on the theme in question.) We share the themes across the servers. If one makes a change, the charge occurs for every body using that same theme on the box.
