Is this what you mean?

My issue is that the background border is currently a narrow width at top, and thicker at the sides. I would like to change it so its the same width all the way around.
I've looked everywhere but cant see if this is even possible, let alone how to do it.
Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

i would like to expand the background frame (which i've changed to black) so the white page is larger and the background outer frame/ border is narrower.
I would like it to be the same width all around.
I have tried to do this by editing via custom CSS, but nothing happens.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
