There is a separate support forum for the premium themes where you have access to the theme team and the theme designer, and that is part of what you are paying for. Go to appearance > themes in your dashboard and up near the top in the section where it shows your current theme is a link to the premium support forum. Post your question there and hopefully someone will respond shortly to your question.
