My problem is the ipad App. It's incomplete!

I had the idea of going on the regular WP website instead of using the APP. Sure enough, I could totally see what the instructions were saying.

I totally understand the steps. The problem is that there's nothing in "Settings" that goes to "Reading".

I found a "General Settings" and the large icon "Settings"(bottom left). Nowhere in those did I find "Reading" or anything else about "Static".

Is there another "Settings" somewhere?

Where do I click?

There is only one page in a blog for posts. The front page of the blog by default will display your posts (not pages) http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/ in reverse chronological order, with the most recently published post on top.

If you do not want all the posts to show on the front page, then you can create two pages ie. a static front page “Welcome” for your site and a “Blog” page for posts.

After you do that you go to > Settings > Reading and make the designation change and click “save changes”.

I want the front page/home page to be just like any other websites...not a blog home page.

I followed all the instructions on how to change that. However, when I reach step #7 (click settings>reading), I get stuck.

It does mention that it's left on the my dashboard. But the only "settings" I see is at the bottom left. And in those settings, I cannot find anything that leads me to "Front page display" or "static page".

Please help!
