The site you link to is not a wordpress.com blog. Here at wordpress.com we cannot autopost duplicated content from one blog to another. What we can do is link from one blog to the other. And we can use the RSS Widget which displays posts from any RSS feed. You might find this handy if you want to show off one of your other blogs, or one of your favorite blogs, in your sidebar. Plese see here for instructions > http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/rss-widget/

Also note what Google has to say about duplicate content here > http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=66359

I currently have a wordpress.com blog. What I want to do is to have one blog where I post one certain topics and a second blog where I post projects to. I would then like to have a snapshot of each of the latest posts on a front page. Is this possible in WordPress.com? For an example of what I mean please see http://www.aliedwards.com
