You can update your site/tagline under Settings > General: https://hijabihorror.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php

And you can change the blog's URL or delete the blog under Tools > Delete Blog: https://hijabihorror.wordpress.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=delete-blog (note the warnings since some actions are non-reversible)
