I am new to website building and am trying to set up ftp through filezilla. The set up guide at http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_FileZilla says I need an FTP username and password, which I get through "cpanel or website administration tool" I am not sure how to find either one- when I click on "manage my domain" under the domain tab in the dashboard, only a basic screen comes up with the registration info

Is there another way I am supposed to access these tools (such as cpanel, etc) that will give me the info I need?
