Also is it possible to reduce the font size of the picture title (on the left ), if it's not enough scale...

The picture title on the left? Are you referring to the site title such as "www.nicolasdufeu.com" at the top left of your blog or post titles on the home page of your blog such as "Constellation" or something else?

I am asking if the gallery carousel is scalable at 80%....it's too much full screen !

The carousel is carefully designed to work at full screen width and fit images on a wide array of device sizes, including adjustments on the fly. Changing the width of it with CSS only is not something you can do easily and still have it work as it should.
