You can safely unsubscribe from those, and the next time you reply to a comment, make sure that the Notify/Subscribe box at the bottom of the comment form isn't checked.

Do the HTML emails have an Unsubscribe link at the bottom?

So I am having to check hundreds every day in case I miss something.It is very confusing. Is there a setting that has caused this? I have looked every where. I do have the notify me ticked for mod pending and when someone comments in my blog that is it.

Any help would be great, thanks
