<p>I actually see that the upgrade (your domain registration and mapping) is with another user. That user will be able to log into their dashboard, then navigate to Store &#62; My Upgrades and see this option. Although I've explained it here, I have also gone ahead and re-enabled it. The user can disable auto-renew from the same location.</p>

I turned of auto-renew for my domain upgrade, and I want to turn it back on, so that it will auto-renew using my credit card.<br />
The Domain Administration Support Page does not have directions for this, and, for "Change Contact Info" it leads me to a Contacts button that does not exist in domain admin.
