I have the $35 a month setup where I will be hosted by WordPress.

There is no $35. a month web hosting provided by WordPress.com.
Wordpress.com provided free web hosting and free blogs. The only exception are VIP hosted accounts. http://vip.wordpress.com/our-services/

There is no $35. a month web hosting provided by WordPress.org and in fact there is no such thing as WordPress.org web hosting any sites at all.

I have the $35 a month setup where I will be hosted by WordPress. I set up my site in preview mode and am ready to go live. Since I have a blog page that is separate from my preview setup, but has the domain name I purchased thru wordpress, do I need to change cnames at the domain host as in the 3 examples listed,or simply hit the go live button?
