Do you have the domain upgrade? That might cause issues like this, if something on the back end was not done correctly. I suggest you contact staff, as this is very unusual and tags and categories should function identically on WordPress.com. If they don't, this is very bad news indeed.

My blog is http://antigoldgreece.wordpress.com. I checked Google Webmaster Tools for my blog https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/crawl-errors?hl=en&siteUrl=http://antigoldgreece.wordpress.com/&tid=we&sort=5 and under "crawl errors" it says that 144 pages were "not followed" because of "redirect errors". These pages include all of my category pages and many of the tag pages.

I have also queried my tags and categories with Google and discovered that for some of the tags, my blog is the first page of the results. Categories on the other hand do not appear at all as results. This is very frustrating, given that I have all of my content in categories and only rarely use tags. How could I fix this?

This is what Google says about "redirect errors":
" Google was unable to completely follow the redirects from this page. Our guidelines suggest that you make every page on your site reachable from at least one static text link, so that we can access these pages easily. Below are some suggestions about using redirects:

    * Minimize the number of redirects needed to follow a link from one page to another.
* Make sure your redirect timer is set for a relatively short period of time.
* Avoid using meta refreshes in the <head> statement of your pages."

Any help would be great...
Thanks,
Maria
