Thanks for the advice raincoaster - you were right, I had used an image from an iPhone and when I followed your suggestion, it worked.

Did you use an image from an iPhone? There's been a problem with them displaying in rotated fashion. Just edit the image using some graphics software and save it as a NEW file with the correct rotation.

I uploaded a blavatar that was correctly displayed in my computer file (right side up) but now when I uploaded it as a gravatar, it came out rotated 45 degrees, so it is on its side. I tried removing the blavatar and reinstalling it, but that didn't help. What to do to correct the orientation of the image?

Hi there-
My Gravatar image seems to display fine everywhere except the address bar. Any advice on how to correct that?
