You can buy this in the store.

Then to change the site title font size you can do this for example in the CSS editor:

#site-title h1 a {<br /> font: 40px/34px Bevan,"Times New Roman",Times,serif<br /> }<br />

You may also be able to change it through the Fonts section in Custom Design. However, I'm not sure if this works with your theme.
