but my problem is not solved, i read the given links (Quest & Ans) but when I tried to see the media library then another problem is seen, the size of my images is tiniest automatically.
what is this? can I reform this ?

We are users like you on these forums and we don't know why the header dissappeared, but you can fix this problem by simply uploading your header again (under Appearance > Header).
