It's also possible in Hatch, if you add a logo image instead of a header image.
Indirectly possible in Fusion as well, if you add an image at the top of the sidebar.

It sounds like something you could do with most any theme with a little custom CSS though. CSS is theme-specific, so you'd just need to pick a theme and then figure out what CSS is needed to move things around on the page.

If you need help, post a link to your header image and your blog set to whatever theme you like and someone will see if they can help you with a CSS example.
