As the forum volunteers do not have access to Premium themes, we cannot help you and in fact when you paid for the theme, you also paid for Premium assistance by the theme designer.

FWIW, I do not believe you can remove the footer with the credits. This has been specifically requested by Staff.

Is this the right forum for support?

Questions:

1. When I add a text widget to my footers using this theme, it does not show up on the widget page after I leave that page and return, even though the text continues to show on the footer of my blog. Now I can't remove the text widget, and thus the text from the footer, because it isn't listed as one of the widgets for the footer? Help!

2. How do I remove the lower footer, with the pre-set name of my blog and the Woo theme reference, or at least remove those references?

3. The text widget does not allow me to set the background color (without HTML code). Is there a way to add text to the footer which has a transparent background and thus does not create a white box around the text? If need HTML code to do that, what would the code be (I'd like it to be transparent so it automatically assumes the color of the footer or sidebar itself, even if I change the color scheme. (I must say I never had this problem with any other theme.)
