That means I don't waste my upload space and there is no loss of image quality.

If you are, please do these:
(1) Try clearing your browser’s cache http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050

Is there anyway you can just insert it for me? I tried to crop but didn't get the chance...help me please, i've even forgotten what it looked like (my blog) before I messed it all up!
