I'm not up to speed on changing records etc.
We have our domains currently mapped to worpdress perfectly.
Have just hought email hosting from Crazy Domains.
They sent me an email with the information I need to set up the email properly thought WP but I don't know how to - usually I just forward these types of emails to a support team to do! but as we know, no such thing for official wp!

Can anyone help translate this for me!
I am meant to do the following:

Please contact your web hosting provider and have them configure as followed:
A record
mail.hwyofhopemelton.com. --> 203.170.86.145

MX record
hwyofhopemelton.com. --> mail.hwyofhopemelton.com.

In plain english! please!
