However! :) If you look at your sidebar widgets there is one for Flickr. Drag it up to your sidebar and then click the configure icon in the top right hand corner. You can put your flickr account information in there.

For Twitter, the easiest thing to do is use the RSS feed and put that in a widget too.

Making it look like your website? Depends what you mean. You are restricted to the available themes unless you purchase the CSS upgrade, select sandbox as your theme and style it yourself.
