You are working inside posts only. We cannot edit templates and themes on free hosted WordPress.com blogs. I do not help with CSS editing. Do you have CSS editing skills? If not, then I suggest you accept the theme as is or switch to another theme.

We cannot edit templates or themes. The only way you may be able to do that is to purchase an annually renewable custom design upgrade and do the required CSS editing.
