I just tested in one of my test blogs, and even if I create a custom menu with nothing in it and set that for the primary navigation, the home icon is still there.

I never added it myself, and it does not appear in the custom menu in the Appearance -> Menu area. How do I get rid of it? It seemed to be automatically added there.
