So I want to have a column displaying only my "A Tune Every Day" category on the left or righthand side in addition to the current blog content in the center of the page. How is this possible using wordpress.com?

Second question: is there a way to create a row just below the links to my pages at the top of each page with links to featured posts?

Much appreciated!
Chris
