			<description><![CDATA[<p>This might be possible with CSS and the <a href="http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/">Custom Design upgrade</a> by hiding two of the three footer widgets and then you would use either the <a href="http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/custom-menu-widget/">custom menu widget</a> (and heavily restyle it) in the remaining footer widget area, or you could create your own using HTML in a text widget.

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hello, I would like to place a custom menu widget at the bottom of my page.  However it seems if you use this widget it only displays the menu in a vertical manner.  Id like to display it horizontally with the submenus beneath each parent page.  If I cant do this with the Page Widget or Custom Menu Widget, any ideas how to accomplish this?  Thanks
