Then you export your content from here and import it into the new site.

Only the content will come over (pages, posts, categories, tags, comments). The theme will not. You will have to install a theme on the new site. You can find the theme you are using now at wordpress.ORG/extend/themes/ .

I've put together a wordpress.com website for our library and now I have a local webhost for it. Now I want to migrate this page over to the host. How do I migrate this page over to them when you don't allow FTP?

I can't find any information on support or forum that tell me (as a non-technical person) how I can do this. And the support person at my webhost couldn't find the information either.
