@sonnyblog1 You've just formatted the link wrongly, and I can't show it to you here as a email link, I'm afraid, as the WordPress.com forums redact any email addresses.

However, it's actually not a very good idea to put an email address in a public blog as you'll just attract a huge amount of spam. What you could do instead is use a Contact form. See this:

http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/

Sorry, I can't seem to post without the tags being auto-converted to code.

You need to use "mailto" code instead of a URL. Here is a link that will show you:
http://www.quackit.com/html/codes/html_email_code.cfm

Let's try again as it looks like the code got messed up on that:

Hello. It looks like you are using html code directing people to a URL instead of an e-mail address.

you are using:
email address here

instead of:
email address here

I hope this helps to fix your problem. If you run into any further issues you can do searches on google for basic html code on your specific issue and there are numerous resources out there!

How can I connect a link so reader can contact me? All my links work except one. I inserted my Yahoo email name into my Blog and have asked my readers for comments and questions. I can't get my http:// address to accept it...it keeps taking me to "There seems to be a problem with Outlook." (?) Thank you for any and all advice...Frustrated. :)
