Hi timethief and thanks for your feedback. To be more specific, I need the sidebar to contain all the widgets from the homepage on every page. This is not happening at the moment.

If you are referring to another blog wearing a different theme then please provide the URL starting with http://

Notes:
Fixed means the width of the theme does not change according to screen resolution (or the width of browser) your visitors use.

Fluid means the width of the theme changes according to screen resolution (or the width of browser) your visitors use.

Responsive width means the the layout adapts depending on the size of the device being used to view your site. When responsive width themes are viewed on mobiles the sidebars appear below the posts in order to provide as much space as possible for reading.

Almost all of the older themes do have sidebars on every page in a blog. This is the the case with newer themes. You are using Connections on the blog linked to in the OP and it does display a sidebar on every page.

One of my readers mentioned it would be really useful to have the sidebar on every page, not just the home page. I assumed this happened automatically.

I've looked for advice online, but it seems complicated. Is there an easy fix?

Alex
