If you really need your posts imported, you could copy and paste the content into the Text Editor and back date the posts when publishing.

I'm fine if I lose the web design from Weebly and then using WordPress.com's design.

But I'd like to import the content on the zip file to my WordPress.com site and start using that full-time instead of Weebly. Is that possible? If so, how? (I didn't see an applicable option under WordPress.com's IMPORT menu.....
