This is what has made everything confusing... and it's my fault. That me.com address was deactivated months ago. I didn't realize that it was the email on file when I placed the order (on the 24th) for the Guided Transfer. I changed it to another email address shortly afterwards.

Can you please resend it again to the current email address on file (which should show up as being a gmail address)?
